•Work with other members of the Mmarketing team to identify opportunities, develop, test, measure and analyze experiments to increase conversion rates.
•Perform in-depth and ad-hoc analysis of information from multiple data sources (web analytics data, marketing data, transactional data) to provide data-driven business insights, leading to improved business results.
•Manage data from various sources and develop databases and spreadsheets for detailed analysis.
•Work with other members of conversion team to create dashboards and other internal reporting systems.
•Familiarity with A/B or multivariate testing tools and technologies.
•Robust experience with Google Analytics, Webtrends, Omniture or a comparable Analytics tool.
•Experience with tag management tools and manipulating java script-based tags.
•Strong profiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
•Detail oriented, with excellent oral and written English communication skills.
