Develop strategic HR plans and policies (recruitment, training, compensation etc.) Collaborate with management team to craft the company’s vision and mission Hire, guide and evaluate the work of HR Assume responsibility of labor and employee relations Responsibility for overseas sites Re-engineer processes to ensure maximum efficiency Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices Effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
Requirements
Proven experience as VP of HR or other senior HR role Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, compensation etc.) Knowledge of local and international labor law Excellent knowledge of all aspects of HR management Team player Great interpersonal and communication skills BSc/BA in HR, social sciences or related field; MSc/MA/MBA is preferable
