Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Simultaneously manage & execute multiple events of varying sizes at any one time
• Excellent project management/coordinating skills are essential as is the ability to define, conceptualize and execute a successful event
• Act as consultant and liaison to Marketing and Sales divisions on event strategy, budget, and execution
• Pre-event promotion and communications
• Post-event tracking and ROI analysis to help measure the company’s marketing initiatives and to improve future performance
• Open and track purchase requests
• Create campaigns in Salesforce.com and enter leads
Candidate Characteristics:
• Must have logistics experience on corporate Event teams
• Must be able to work independently as well as within a team, think quickly, and problem-solve calmly
• Professionally work with all levels in the organizational structure
• Ability to work in a fast

Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years directly related experience in Event or Tradeshow Management
• MS office, proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Salesforce
