We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Tier-3 Support Engineer to join our Herzliya based team.
In this role, you will be expected to analyze log data to answer customer inquiries, troubleshoot our application as part of our R&D team and work with account executives to support their customers as a technical liaison. We have a lean team, which requires each of us to expertly manage the execution of tasks, communicate frequently at a task and strategy level, and take a hands-on approach. You must be comfortable working as part of a team and independently to accomplish our shared milestones and KPIs.
Requirements:
§ 3-5 years of experience as a Support, QA or DevOps Engineer
§ 1+ years of experience working with SQL and relational data
§ 1+ years of experience with Python or similar scripting languages
§ Experience in Linux or Windows system administration
§ Knowledge in authentication and authorization systems, eg. Okta, Azure AD
§ Understanding of Mobile Device Management systems and mobile app deployment
§ Knowledge in SaaS products and Cloud environments
§ Strong troubleshooting capabilities and ‘can do’ approach
§ Experience working with customers on technical problems and ad-hoc solutions
§ Experience with agile methodologies and processes
§ Interested in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science
§ Relevant academic degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
