As a T3 Engineer you will be responsible to investigate the most complex system and application issues related to our product backend modules, in addition to non-application related issues on the following domains: Network, Topology, Servers, Hardware, Clients, Windows Operating Systems, IT, Domains management, Performance, Storage, SQL
Among the various tasks of the T3 Engineer:• Taking ownership of advanced technical issues (T3-T4 Engineering level), and working with engaging Development groups per need• Working with the customers (hospitals) IT/System/Application teams to co-investigate issues at their sites• Working with Product Management on design issues and enhancements requests• Working with QA to reproduce issues• Assuring defects are being documented and processed• Writing troubleshooting and resolution steps Knowledge Base articles• Delivering knowledge and training sessions to Support/Services/Distributers teams• Participate in Engineering strategic projects (i.e. Beta Projects)• Become an SME (subject matter expert) for specific modules• Travel to customers sites to resolve critical escalations
Minimum Requirements• 2+ years’ work experience in T2/T3/T4/System Engineer roles or any equivalent role that involve the required skills set of troubleshooting advanced issues in the areas specified above• Ability to perform on call shifts (approx.. 1 full week every 8 weeks, including weekends)
