Requirements:
5+ years full cycle recruitment experience
Proven track record of placing successful technical hires
Proven ability to understand and communicate technologically with our managers and candidates
Work with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and job requirements
Promote our employer brand online and offline
Conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles, ensuring that salaries are competitive with industry benchmarks
Source candidates using various methods such as LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals etc.
Coordinate interviews and contact applicants as needed
Track interview process including scorecard collection
Maintain candidate databases (familiarity with Greenhouse – advantage)
Prepare job offer letters
Craft and send recruiting emails/campaigns
Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)
