תיאור המשרה

Responsibilities:
• Managn Support shifts during the day.
• Serve as the main support engineer during the main shift.
• Answering customers questions.
• Solving customers issues, often looking at logs/database and patching high priority issues.
• Organizing the Help desk portal.
• Work with the R&D team to prioritize bug fixes.

Skills:
• At least one year experience working for network or cloud security companies
• Linux Command Line - Medium
• English Writing & speaking - High
• Experience in meeting consistent deadlines and multitasking
Plus
• Python Programming - Medium
• Experience in support /product management
• Experience in customer service
