What will you be doing?
Being part of the delivery team, you will be providing technical support to various customer projects and internally to the team as well as dealing with IT tasks.
Common tasks would be application installation and upgrades, proactive tracking of customers’ systems, investigating and resolving errors, remote connections setup and other ad-hoc tasks.
This role may also involve some in-house IT tasks such as ESX VM’s management, firewall, routing, storage etc.
Job requirements

The expected candidate should have technical knowledge and work experience of:
• Linux working environment
• BASH scripting %28Python an advantage%29
• Familiarity with various databases %28Mongodb, Influxdb, Neo4J, MySQL, etc.%29
• Understanding of Web API’s usage
• Dockers, Kubernetes – a big advantage
• IT experience, monitoring %28Zabbix, Grafana%29
• Fluent English %28verbal and written%29 – essential
