תיאור המשרה

 In short, technical support as part of the delivery team, possibly support to R&D team.  

Work with delivery team will include server setup, application installation and upgrades, proactive tracking of customers’ systems,
investigating and resolving errors, ad-hoc tasks. 

In addition, this role may also involve some in-house IT/DevOPs tasks such as firewall management, account management etc. 

  Job requirements 

§ Strong problem-solving and high technical skills 

§ A customer-oriented approach 

§ At least 1 year experience in Mid-tier B2B support  

The expected candidate should have technical
knowledge and work experience of: 

Ø Linux System administration, process, and package management 

Ø BASH scripting (Python an advantage) 

Ø Understating of various databases (MySQL, Mongodb, Influxdb, etc.) 

Ø Understanding of web APIs 

Ø VMware, Dockers – an advantage  

Ø Team City / Version control and builds management 

Ø Fluent English (verbal and written) – essential
