• Accountable, motivated team player with proven service orientation skills that is enjoying working in various environments.
• Able to handle and coordinate all customer facing activities in project-related, as well as technical contexts (malfunction, deployment & maintenance)
• A technical expert, who is able to work independently and effectively in a dynamic environment and is looking for an exciting professional opportunity.

Job Requirements:

• Profound technical background, including:
Proven experience with Linux environment - At least 1 year
Proven experience with Windows environment.- At least 1 year
Proven experience with Networking - At least 1 year
Proven experience with IT support environment - At least 1 year
Proven experience with servers, storage (HP – advantage) and backup systems
Knowledge in DB/SQL. Microsoft SQL server is an advantage
Knowledge in telephony and signaling protocols ISUP/MAP/IS41/SIP/SS7/SIGTRAN - advantage
High Service Orientation – MUST
Experience with supporting large scale telecom customers
Able to travel and work in unconventional hours
