Responsibilities:
· Provide both post-sales and pre-sales solution support activities
· Perform staging, demonstration of proof of concepts (PoC), installations, homologation, commissioning, troubleshooting and trainings for partners and customer clients abroad or remotely
· Perform testing of solutions along with troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve issues
· Perform root cause analysis of issues
· Contribute to knowledge base of the team
· Create documentation for partners and clients
· Provide status and resolution communication to both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
· Experience in a technical support role with an equipment vendor, software vendor, or systems integrator for multi-vendor solutions
· Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science or equivalent experience
· Technical knowledge and experience with some of the hypervisor technologies and software for building and managing virtualized services, such as:
· Very good knowledge of VMWare, Linux Systems, KVM
· Knowledge of cloud management products, deployments, and migrations
· OpenStack knowledge is a plus
· Experience with firewall, router, load-balancer, and SD-WAN- bare metal or VNFs
· Understanding of ethernet and IP networks: network design, routing protocols, L2/L3 and network security
· Network testing methodologies including test set usage and automation: Ixia or Spirent.
· Experience with Rest API, Ansible, SNMP, Radius, TACACS+, LDAP
· Experience working with external customers
· Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in both English & Hebrew
· Great interpersonal skills and ability to gain collaboration of colleagues, partners, and third-parties
· Ability to travel abroad when necessary to support customers
