- at least 2 years of experience
- Tier 2 support and above
- Proven ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences and translate effectively between the two
- previous experience in technical call centers - an advantage

Personal Abilities:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) - a must
- Ability to write short technical explanations in English - a must
- Service oriented person
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor when handling complex user issues
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment demonstrating high energy, a sense of urgency, and decisiveness
- Aptitude to multitask with a high volume of tasks
