תיאור המשרה

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for multiple SaaS products servicing international clients
• Act as primary interface between clients and internal stakeholders (Product Development, Product Management, Operations, etc.)
• Conduct technical evaluations and support pre-sales activities - planning and managing technical trials, relationship building
Requirements:
• 2+ years as a support engineer
• Experience and knowledge of Web security products and protocols
• Thorough knowledge of messaging and email traffic systems (MTAs, Postfix, SendMail, Qmail, Milter)
• Familiarity with TCP/IP and other internet protocols (DNS, SMTP, HTTP etc.)
• Experience as Linux sys admin a plus
• Familiarity with C, C++ a plus
• Experience in Security companies a plus
• Experience with relational databases, SQL experience a plus
• English at high level; Additional languages - an advantage
• Service oriented
• Willing to travel internationally when necessary (once a quarter)
• Willing and able to study independently; Fast learner
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree or experience
• Linux admin or MCSE a plus

Other:
• Highly committed and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills
