Manage and own the company’s product implementations for both new and existing clients, including installations and schedules, version upgrades and technical support.
Engage with our clients through f2f meetings at the client’s sites, remote meetings, email, phone or via the ticketing system.
Understand our clients’ technical and product usage needs, tackle problems and where necessary escalate the case to the relevant people. This includes leading API integrations.
Find creative solutions to technical issues and provide clients with workarounds when necessary.
Create software implementation plans and update existing relevant materials.
Provide technical training to clients about the product and its components.
Travel to customers’ sites abroad is required. This could be up to 1 week a month.
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on implementation experience with products combining software, hardware and infrastructure components, in global b2b companies – a must
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills – a must
Fluent English- a must
Willingness to travel abroad – a must
Experience with implementation of on-premises products – a must
Experience in working in a matrix environment – an advantage
Experience working at a fintech company- an advantage
