• Lead a smooth and successful onboarding process of a new customer
• Provide ideas and support for the best customer use of the product that will lead to the expansion of the customer purchase
• Provide first level support
• Learn the customer business and challenges and find/build the best solution
• Create a value for the customer as a trusted advisor
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience as a customer facing technical support role such as Technical Presale / Sales Engineer / Solution Architect / Customer Success Engineer / customer-facing Solution Architect
• Experience in selling software to enterprise customers
• Experience in selling Cyber security solutions
• Familiar with the cloud space
• Past experience that combines sales orientation and technical skillset
• Experience working in Security /DevOps positions as vendor or as a buyer, with technical knowledge mostly around IAM or DevOps and alike:
# Privileged Access Management (PAM), Zero-Trust Access (ZTA), Identity Management (IDM), Identity Providers (i.e Okta, Ping), Certificate Management (CMS), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Encryption Key Management System (KMS), Hardware Security Module (HSM)
# Kubernetes, Docker and Linux
• Exceptional communication skills, as well as
• Ability to present product pitch & initial demos
