Your role requires interaction with global teams around different timezones. You will focus on all platforms on a major global customer.
• Identify and qualify customer challenges and build tool / IP configurations
• Grow knowledge of the competitors and their technologies
• Drive and manage presale campaigns: Setting Success criteria for pre-sale campaign, closely work with the customer (engineers, group leaders, management), with CDNS R&D, and with our Application Engineers teams to build and execute the working plan and target for such campaign.
• Define platform strategy and create technical compelling events, including promotion of new products, solutions and technology.
• Perform initial qualification of opportunities, involving AEs/R&D as needed for supporting technical matters. Once the opportunities are qualified then define, manage and coordinate the technical sales engagement.
• Provide crisp sales priorities to the engineering teams.
• Team up with the AE manager thus the latter can provide deeper technical scoping, assign proper resources and own the successful engineering execution of the customer engagement
• Maintain and develop customer relationships with key stakeholders, influencers and decision makers.
• At least 6 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
• Chip design / CAD / architecture experience
• Good understanding of project life cycle, understand in IP integration, how VLSI teams work, understanding of the entire chip design flow, from spec to tapeout and production.

• Internal drive and motivation, openness to learn.
• Job requires Occasional travel abroad and customer meetings across the country.
• Knowledge in Sales Force a plus. Update of various sales systems is required as part of the role.
