Requiremennts:
 
  • Software/Electronic Engineer
  • 3-5 years of experience as a global support engineer
  • Knowledge in Web applications and IIS applications, analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions
  • Proficient in Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 management and maintenance
  • Experienced with deployment and maintenance of cloud-based systems (Azure an advantage)
  • Skills in database maintenance (MSSQL and advantage)
  • Wide knowledge in network management in all aspects, including malfunction analysis and troubleshooting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (technical)
  • Willingness to participate in a regular on-call rotation (including weekends, out of business hours)
