3+ years experience from a recruitment agency specializing in the high-tech industry.
Extensive experience recruiting for technological positions.
Experience in sourcing tools and method and building pipelines.
Strong interpersonal skills, a team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic startup environment.
A great communicator in both written and verbal English.
Proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, time management, follow up and “close the loop” abilities to push the recruitment process to completion.
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
Working knowledge of Comeet applicant tracking systems – a plus.
