Requirements:
· At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter in high-growth, innovative, tech organizations
· Experienced in sourcing with excellent knowledge of social media and other candidate platforms
· Experience from networking companies (SD-WAN technology) – advantage
· Excellent assessment skills
· A people person who builds relationships and skilled at working cross-functionally
· Ability to multi-task and handle many requirements simultaneously
· Analytical thinker, who catches details and cares about customers
· Highly motivated to succeed with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
· A true team player who is willing and excited to contribute to our team’s and company’s success
· High level of English – written and verbal.
· Bachelor’s Degree.
