Description & Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and innovative Talent Sourcer. As a member of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will own engaging passive candidates for our critical roles. You must thrive in the hunt, and be focused on networking closely within the industry to identify the right talent and companies to target.
Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
    • Partner with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation
    • Strategic different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, talent mapping, events and sourcing campaigns.
    • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
    • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
    • Build and share with the team knowledge of tech skills, target companies, conferences, open source communities
 
Required Experience/ Qualifications
    • 4+ years technical sourcing experience with in-house recruiting team, search firm, or agency
    • Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with recruiters and hiring managers
    • Advanced candidate generation and research techniques
    • Experience screening resumes to match qualifications  
    • Ability to engage and activate passive candidates
