Responsibilities:

  • Multiple and various positions in a global environment with an emphasis on ramping up our pipelines using sourcing techniques in Social Media platforms & proven experience in direct sourcing
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from the initial stages of profile definition, through sourcing, CV scanning, interviews emphasis
  • Working closely with hiring managers and the Head of HR
  • Expert in digital and social media channels
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
  • Completing paperwork for new hires and terminations
  • Keeping up to date on current employment legislation, policies and regulations and enforcing them within the company

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven work experience as an in-house recruiter
  • 3+ years’ experience in technical recruitment
  • BSc in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences or equivalent
  • Very high level of English– a must
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage processes end-to-end
