· 2+ years technical recruiting experience in a Hi-tech/Global company, with real passion for the overall hiring manager and candidate
experience, hiring top talent and providing staffing solutions with
· Experience in hiring software or hardware engineering positions.
· Demonstrated ability to partner and influence senior management, hiring leaders and partners
· Experience in handling recruiting projects
· Experience in sourcing and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Job Boards)
· Collaboration skills with ability to gain trust and inspire your hiring partners and team
· Team player, creative, eager to learn, multitasker, dedicated to work and able to work under pressure with changing needs
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
Requirements
· Leading, managing, and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
· Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing tools, head-hunting abilities including proactive phone and internet research.
· Experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
· Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
· Ability to execute recruiting strategy, reporting, data, and HC track.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.
