System Validation Engineer

Job description:
• Assist in creation and management of Master Validation Plan
• Assist to establish new validation automatic tools and validation protocols
• Develop and execute validation and verification protocols for systems integration part of the manufacturing process for automotive projects
• Coordinates and communicates all evaluation of test results from validations and verifications.
• Participates in investigations to identify root causes and define corrective and/or preventative actions (CAPA) for deviations.
• Provide engineering support for new product and process introductions, ensuring that all activities are completed and documented in accordance with the Company's new product development procedures.
• Evaluate process layouts in terms of supporting new process integration while ensuring best utilization of floor space ensuring optimum process flow.
• Ensure quality of process and product as defined in the appropriate operation and material specifications.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related field (potential for consideration of alternative degree(s) based on industry experience)
• Validation/QA in multiplanar products experience required and automatic tool
• Experience with development with C and/or Matlab- Must
• Proficient in written and oral communication
• Team player and able to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize ongoing projects.
