The primary accountability of the system testing manager is to ensure the quality of our products and customer experience.
Accountable for the release quality, performance and customer experience of new products and all R&D deliveries for various of products Lead and manage the system testing team, drive employee’s engagement, career development and remove roadblocks. Work with program leaders, customers and development partners to define performance, quality and customer experience targets and objectives Provide managerial and technical leadership to perform and lead the tests to meet program deliveries and milestones including regulatory compliance initiatives Lead system testing strategy, tools, simulators, automation, methods and infrastructure to insure effective testing and products quality Planning, execution, tracking and delivery of System Test deliverables across release milestones Standardize practices and procedures based on a SW/HW development methodologies Maintain and manage the bugs and field case database to ensure all issues will be address in the right priority Ensure test environment reflects the operating environment of our customers Manage quality metrics, analyze customer issues and focus on continuous quality improvement
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering
10+ years of experience in software QA and system testing
4+ years of experience as a system test Manager for a multidisciplinary Product
3+ year of experience in robust design and reliability methods – Advantage
Experience in Printing industry - Advantage
Excellent communication skills with members, staff, and individuals in the community in a professional manner. This will require excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills along with the ability to present and explain information effectively in Hebrew as well as in English.
