Responsibilities
• Lead technical domain and be responsible for a skilled team that carries out the
definition, development, and support of system requirements across all Change
Healthcare Cardiology product lines
• Act as the company subject matter experts in the areas of System Engineering (HW, OS,
Network, Active Directory, 3rd party integrations) while ensuring our product design is
aligned with the system requirements and boundaries
• Manage the team’s activities, priorities according to the business requirements and needs
• Be responsible for the group’s SOPs, procedures, and methodologies
• Collaborate, influence, and communicate with internal stakeholders to drive operational
success
• Push for continues improvement of the team and procedures to drive positive customer
outcomes
• Collaborate with global IT and Corporate teams to handle and resolve facility initiatives
and issues
• Deliver customer & Internal training in field of expertise.
• Provide T4 level support for infrastructure/system related issues for internal teams
• Assist in RFPs submissions with system engineering related information
• Develop and maintain our products System requirements and documentation,
• Develop and maintain our products hardening strategy, policies, scripts and
documentation
• Research possible innovations, new HW assemblies, methods, and supporting products.
• Manage the qualification of 3rd party systems integrated with our main product
• Transfer knowledge and procedures for newly released products to Global Production
and SysEng teams
• Production – Manage the build of our products servers and workstations for the Israeli
install base
• Assist in optimizing system infrastructure/performance Analyzes and troubleshoots
advanced hardware, integration, and operating system problems
Professional requirements -Mandatory:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Technology Certificate or MCSE or
related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of IT/system engineering experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience as technical lead in system engineering teams
• Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware)
• Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft-based
environments (Servers, workstations, OS, Patching, Troubleshooting…)
• Proven working experience with storage systems (i.e Nimble)
• Proven working experience with Active Directory
• Proven working experience with Security appliances (i.e VPN, Firewall, AV solutions, End
Point Protection)
• Proven working experience with BCP and DR
• Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities for infrastructures components (HW, Network, AD,
OS…)
• Proven troubleshooting capabilities for SW/Application interaction with infrastructure
while using advanced troubleshooting tools such as Fidler, WireShark, Perfmon…
• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Excellent English written and verbal skills
Professional requirements -Advantage:
• Experience with VM monitoring systems (i.e Veeam, SolarWinds)
• Knowledge and experience with servers and workstations HW road map, Server sizing,
Platform (OS, SQL) roadmap
• Knowledge and experience with Servers and Workstations BOMs and MPs
• IT Projects Planning, execution and management
• Knowable and experience with Load Balancer systems (NetScaler, F5)
• Knowable and experience with Citrix XenApp/ XenDesktop systems
• CCNA Certificate
• Knowledge and experience with Linux OS
• Experience with PowerShell DSC
• Experience with generating implementation procedures and documentation
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL
