System algorithm team lead

Responsibilities:
• Technical leadership of a team of algorithm engineers: tasks management, roadmap planning, technical mentoring, collaboration with local and remote sites, ensure high-quality deliveries
• Solve complex signal processing challenges related to ultrasonic signals and the biometric domain
• Come up with innovative ideas for performance enhancements and new roadmap features
• End to end ownership of algorithmic features from concept to commercialization
• Work with various customers to ensure smooth integration successful product launches

Qualifications:
• Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in EE, computer science, physics or mathematics
• 10+ years of extensive hands-on experience with complex signal processing tasks
• Relevant experience in one or more of the following fields: signal processing, machine learning, ultrasonic imaging, and image processing
• Experience in a team lead position and drive capabilities
• Development Tools: Matlab, Visual Studio
• Programming Languages: Matlab, C, Python
