• 3 years’ experience with IT support
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience with managing SaaS applications like G-Suite, etc.
• Experience with Active Directory and GPO management.
• Experience with administering anti-virus systems.
• Experience with Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience with configuration and troubleshooting of network FW and Cisco switches.
• Experience with working with Amazon Web Services or other elastic environments - an advantage.
• Experience with virtualization.
• Scripting/programming knowledge in at least one language Java, Python, Powershell, shell scripts).
• Proactive approach to detect and fix issues independently.
• Ability to lead IT related projects.
