Must Have:
Minimum of 10 years of SW testing experience (preferably medical device) including writing testing protocols/procedures and execution.
Minimum of 5 years of technical leader or team leader experience with leading quality assurance test
Experience in Software manual testing on systems includes hardware and knowledge in automation and writing scripts
Knowledge in Agile methodology.
Strong debugging, problem solving and analytical skills
Leading capabilities.
Ability to manage missions.
English – high level.
Experience in writing STP, STD, STR,
Good communication skills.
Nice to have:
Experience with medical device and Pharma regulations.
Experience with offshore team communication
Experience with programming in LabView system design from National Instruments

A Day in the Life:
We are looking For An expert Software V&V (Verification & Validation) Engineer for our vital signs monitoring domain.
The Engineer will develop and execute exploratory software tests and requirements coverage tests in order to ensure the product’s software quality.
The Engineer responsibilities include deep understanding of the product features, presentation of feature/product status and quality, tasks estimation, tasks planning, coordinating, writing, reviewing, leading technical activities, and executing software testing.
The Engineer will also ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in the defect tracking system.
The Engineer will be a technical leader and will be part of the project core team and will need to priorities the tasks between the engineers and overcome any unexpected blocker to make sure V&V activity progress most efficient way.
The Tech lead will lead the SW V&V team members: Assign missions, track the progress and the quality of the work. Manage the V&V sprint tasks and progress.
