תיאור המשרה | • Responsible for OS installations and upgrades
• Possesses deep expertise in complex production operations involving multiple applications, systems, processes and teams.
• Understands and contributes to the creation of system support documents, operational run books, and build recipes for operational activities.
• Leverages cyber and security topics
• Leverages monitoring tools to resolve problems and/or escalate to senior operations leads to ensure service levels are exceeded
• Leverage backup methodology and tools
• Triages production compute issues and coordinates with the appropriate team for resolution.
• Quickly responds and resolves critical service outages severely impacting consumers.
• Possesses extensive experience with common scripting languages.
• Assists with creation of automation for programmatic deployment and management of tools used in production environment.
• Assists with development of automated solutions to address potential problems before they result in a service interruption.
• Passionate about continuous learning and able to quickly adapt and pivot to win in dynamic environment.
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications/Requirements :
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer or Software Engineering or closely related field
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in system administration and infrastructure configuration.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with scripting and automation.
