 We specialize in predicting global macro-economic trends happening around the
world using sophisticated and proprietary artificial intelligence and big data.  

We are a well-funded company in the predictive analytics field working with top
leading financial institutions. 

As a Support Specialist you will be a major part of our efforts to define, build,
implement, and operate complex technological systems. 

Responsibilities 

  · Establishing and enforcing new processes and workflows in the company. 

· Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues. 

· Develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures. 

· Work closely with all internal departments. 

· Monitor system quality performance. 

  

Requirements 

 · At least 2 years of experience in similar roles. 

· Technical background. 

· Operations skills. 

· Problem-solving capabilities. 

· Superb troubleshooting skills. 

· Attention to details. 

· Strong multitasking skills. 

· Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently 

· Willing to work on flexible hours. Willingness to work Monday-Friday. 

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 

· Good interpersonal skills. 

· Team player. 

· Knowledge in finance and statistics - Advantage. 

· Familiar with Jira tools - Advantage
