• 1-3 years' relevant customer service (Phone or Email) and/or technical experience, with a wide range of support and services applications.
• Experience installing/ upgrading applications, writing SQL queries, performing backup/ restore of MS SQL.
• Experience with mobile devices platforms and network monitoring platforms (Nagios).
• Experience with Windows Server OSs (2008, 32/64bit) and Linux Operating Systems (Ubuntu, CentOS).
• Experience with VM environments (VCenter, VSphere).
• Familiarity with mobile networks and protocols (GSM, UMTS, 2G-3G-4G,LTE).
• Ability to analyze and monitor TCP\IP networks.
• Experience with JIRA - advantage.
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English – must, Spanish/ French/ Russian – advantage.
• Travel abroad – 25% of the time.
