What you will be doing
As an Engineer in the Customer Services team, you will take part in pre-sale, implementation and retention processes with customers.
The processes include security focused deployments of iSIEM platform, in order to enable successful adoption of it and work side by side with the customers to solve their unique problems across a variety of use cases.
You’ll work internally with QA, R&D and product teams to reflect customer needs.
You will simulate attack scenarios at lab and customers sites for relevant concrete threats to customers environment.
Must have qualifications:
Experience with SIEM platforms or at least with deep and wide knowledge of corporate security tools (such as IPS/IDS, EDR, WAF etc.)
Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols.
Strong familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware, ESXi, KVM etc.
Experience in pre-sale and post-sale activities.
Fluent English (written and verbal).
Following experience will give the candidate an advantage
Hands on experience with Elastic search (Including Log stash and Kibana)
Experience with writing scripts
Experience with Public Cloud Platforms Architecture and Deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with Linux or Windows operating systems is assumed to be trivial if candidate meets the must haves.
