Description
Establishing and enforcing new processes and workflows in the company.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
Develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures.
Work closely with all internal departments.

Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in Similar roles.
Technical background
Operations skills.

Superb troubleshooting skills

Strong multitasking skills.
Willing to work on flexible hours. Willingness to work Mon.-Fri.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
