Responsibilities
• Providing the customer a fault, Performance and service solutions.
• Collecting requirements from the customer and define a high level design for the external customer and internal customer- development team.
• Understand the customer network and tailor-made the solution per his needs.
Desired Skills
• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working in a telecom operator (such as, Partner, Cellcom) as Performance analysis, NOC, Network Support, or Operations Engineer with experience of trouble shooting. OR At least 3 years of experience working for a large vendor (e.g. Ericsson, NSN…) in one of the following positions in this order: field support engineer, performance analysis and similar
• Knowledgeable in the following areas (as many as possible) : GSM, UMTS, CDMA, LTE, VoLTE, Mobile backhaul
• Must: experience with analysis of performance measurements (OM), KPIs and/or alarms (on NSS & BSS levels), xDRs
• Capable of dealing with urgent customers issues in a multi-tasking mode
• Advance: experience in working with international customers
• Must: English in a very high level
• Readiness to travel abroad
