B.Sc. in electrical, mechatronics or mechanical engineering, or a practical Eng. with relevant knowledge/experience.
Proven experience in the motion control, mechatronics and automation fields
Experience managing customer support services or engineering teams – Advantage
Personal skills – work well under pressure, professional demeanor, strong communication, interpersonal and cross functional team skills, strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
Ability to represent the company and capable of transferring information
Willingness to travel both domestically and international
