Our IT team is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Manager who would be responsible for leading and managing a global team of IT engineers who design, deploy and maintain network, system, storage, security and infrastructure solutions. We are looking for a passionate individual who can excel in a dynamic environment and who can provide global leadership and technical strategies and mentorship to the infrastructure teams based in San Jose, Tel Aviv and Plano. This role interacts with all levels of the organization, bringing together Group IT, Shared Services IT, and our Business colleagues, from senior leadership to individual teams in a highly collaborative environment
What You Will Do:
• Lead and develop a distributed team of global support resources to deliver infrastructure services that meet or exceed business requirements• Coordinate resolution of complex issues that involve multiple disciplines.• Facilitate customer communications during service changes, interruptions or outages• Provide leadership for IT Infrastructure strategy; ensure interpersonal health through effective change management, documentation, communication, and leadership strategies• Develop timely and cost-effective solutions and IT infrastructure platforms.• Engagement with cross functional teams to understand product roadmaps, as well as managing of the vendor relationships• Collaborate with business and Divisional IT leadership to prioritize, maintain, and oversee execution on infrastructure roadmaps• Drive global infrastructure projects end to end (ie. purchasing, building, validating, maintaining)• Work with multi-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the timelines and needs of the business• Maintain high end system architecture necessary for business efficiency and continuity (Site infrastructure, VOIP, Telecom, Cloud Architecture, etc)• Manage the design and implementation of business processes, system installations, system testing, issue resolution, scheduling, documentation, training, and systems administration.• Cultivate strong relationships with key internal business contacts to ensure business requirements are understood and drive our infrastructure investment stream.• Manage key suppliers and partners to control costs.• Provide training opportunities and continuous learning to develop staff skills and career paths.• Foster an environment conducive to teamwork, innovation, and involvement.• Plan, schedule, and supervise the daily activities of direct reports
Key Qualifications• A minimum of 10 years of technical leadership and proven success in directing and fostering highly technical teams• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in a related discipline BS degree in computer science or technical graduate degree, a plus• Design and implementation of enterprise and engineering compute platforms, storage, networks, Wi-Fi networks, Active Directory, network security, server virtualization, hybrid cloud infrastructure, high availability and disaster recovery, software distribution systems, etc.• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups at various levels within the company• Knowledgeable on future industry trends across the various disciplines• Demonstrated ability to conduct large scale project management across multiple regions and disciplines• Strong interpersonal skills.• Ability to explain and champion technical concepts to a broad audience.• Advanced knowledge in managing and maintaining infrastructure portfolio needs supporting multiple businesses.• Strong analytical and management skills, including a thorough understanding of interpreting customer needs and translating them into operational and technical requirements.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to comfortably interact with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to the culture of a new organization.• Deeply well organized, flexible, and responsive• Good judgement with strong interpersonal relationship, team building, and collaboration skills• Willing and able to travel
