תיאור המשרה

  •   Being a part of the  pre-sales activity, work
        closely with the customers, understand their needs and tune
        solution to solve the pain-points 
  • Define and execute POCs, troubleshoot the field issues
        and provide working solutions 
  • Work with the company product team on defining new
        features requested by the customers 
  • Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
        including time and scope involved 
  • Work closely with the R&D teams within the company
        to ensure the product is available and working properly 
  • Support the company's sales organization and sales
        engineering in pre-sales process 
  • Analyze
        current technologies used within the company and develop steps and
        processes to improve 

Desired Skills and Experience  

  • Proven experience of work with external customers 
  • Experience with Linux operating system administration 
  • Understanding of network technologies, basic protocols
        (e.g. Ethernet, TCP) 
  • Experience of work with storage systems - advantage 
  • You need to know what makes computing systems “tick”
        and how to push them to their limits 
  • Ability to work independently and push through to
        completion. We value getting things done 
  • Experience in Linux Shell Scripting 
  • Programing experience writing software in C that works
        in the real world 
  • Experience with Python/Go - advantage 
  • Good verbal communication skills 
  • At least 3 years of the relevant experience 
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software or
        electrical engineering or related fields - or commensurate experience
