Solution Engineer

• 2 years of relevant experience doing IT / system management. (Windows & Linux)
• Understanding of Network protocols and experience diagnosing network related issues.
• Installing, configuring and testing applications.
• Experience analyzing log files and reports from both hardware and application sources.
• Experience in customer support for software / hardware products, including remote support.
• Able to work on issues independently and progress issues with clients and team members in a proactive fashion.
