We are in stealth mode, busy creating the first all-in-one digital workflow platform for agile security teams. Using our platform, organizations easily turn piles of security findings into actions and have all of their risk reduction tasks organized in one place, so that finally everyone can be on top of things and security can get done.
We are looking for a Customer Success engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for making sure our customers are extracting most of the value from our platform.

Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (support, professional services, consultancy etc.)
Good technical skills – ability to troubleshoot and identify problems in dynamic technology environments.
Knowledge of cloud environments.
Project management capabilities – organize and maintain the status and action items with each of the customers.
Ability to work in ever-changing environments and priorities
Ability to work in multiple time zones (most customers are in the US).
Knowledge of Python and / or SQL
