Job Description
• Help our customers with issues and questions related to our product.
• Be part of a large corporate in a global environment
• Work Mon-Fri (2 choice days a week from home)
• Morning shift 09:30 – 18:30 (usually 4 days a week)
• Evening shift 15:00 – 23:00 (usually 1 day a week)
• Take on-call shifts during nights and weekends
Technical Requirements:
• If you have 3 or more of the following, then let’s talk:
• · BA in computer science or equivalent
• · Experience in System integration or QA
• · Experience in Tier3 support or professional services
• · Experience with PowerShell and DevOps tools
• · SQL skills (advanced skills – advantage)
• · Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• · Experience in programming
• · Experience in system log analysis
• · Experience with Windows servers and IIS
• · Experience with cloud services
• 3 years of experience in similar jobs
