• Define product strategy and roadmap based on customer needs, market opportunity and company strategy
• Identify business cases through intensive literature review, surveys and voice of customer
• Evangelize and promote our software capabilities to the market, customers, management, sales, marketing and customer support – for successful solutions development, launch and adoption
• Create Go-To-Market deliverables and ensure delivery to the field
• Centralize requirements from stakeholders (customers, industry experts, sales, customer support and R&D), managing backlog priorities and timelines
• Define and monitor measurable business-level and feature-level targets and KPIs
• Define detailed specifications, wireframes and related documentation, working in alignment with a UX designer and requirements by other disciplines (hardware, material, service)
• Drive the solution to execution in Scrum with R&D
We expect you to have:
• 3+ years as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS software, in support of hardware:
• Outbound – support sales, marketing, Go-To-Market, partnerships, customer facing
• Inbound – detailed specification writing and backlog management, R&D facing
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Customer facing experience, working with large and small companies
• Experience working with global teams and R&D teams in Agile / Scrum
• Proven track record of using BI and analytics to drive results
