As the social success and content manager you are responsible for the planning, implementation, management and monitoring of the company’s social media activity. You will build relationships with a network of market influencers and create programs across channels.
You play a pivotal role in building brand awareness by getting noticed within the social space, using multiple platforms to engage and educate target audiences.

Requirements
At least 3+ years of in-depth, hands-on social media experience – mandatory
Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Quora, Instagram, Reddit – mandatory
Expertise in Hubspot (or similar marketing automation) – mandatory
Culturally global in approach and mindset
Native English speaker – strong writing, editing and proofreading skills are essential
Highly creative and an excellent storyteller

Manage and create outstanding, optimized social content on multiple channels, groups and communities with the goal of creating engagement and conversation
Create a strong network of industry professionals and influencers in the space, and build communication plans via social media
Manage the various communities and train, guide and collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, training, community, HR etc), to exponentially grow them and position at the forefront of RPA
Define and track social media KPIs
Identify trends and evaluate new technologies to provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption
