We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Pre-Sales Architect to support our ServiceNow solutions and consulting services. As a ServiceNow Pre-Sales Architect you will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical account management and functional support to prospective customers and partners while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. You will be a key asset to the sales team to articulate our value proposition to prospective customers

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales personnel in the qualification of customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis
  • Assess the customer's strategic needs and uncover the business requirements
  • Gather the appropriate information to generate the proposal with the proper service components, pricing and assumptions
  • Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the solutions including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security, and etc
  • Produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using ServiceNow
  • Ability to demonstrate ServiceNow products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in the IT industry
  • 3-5 years of technical experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Worked in bid and pre sales environments with experience of large scale ServiceNow bids
  • Experience of supporting a sales team to win new business in new and existing accounts
  • ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification a plus
  • College degree (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
