2. Responsible for service request management and fulfillment.
3. Responsible for local consumer service industry review, analyze, and also responsible for the local consumer service satisfaction analyzing and solution.
4. Responsible for local service agencies performance monitor, management, and improvement.

1. 3+ years' customer service management and satisfaction management experience;
2. Service satisfaction knowledge, and management skills.
