Looking for a field service engineer to support preclinical and clinical products.
Key responsibilities:
Provide field support to customers
Manage customer calls, complaints and escalations
Support global product installations and maintenance activities
Lead and create service documents
Requirements:
Practical Engineer in the fields of electronics / mechanics
Excellent mechanical skills, experience in electronics and computers
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an integrator or service engineer (Advantage), in a multi-disciplinary company
English fluency a must
Ability and willingness to travel at least 6-5 times yearly for prolonged periods
Good Microsoft office apps skills
RF experience advantage
MRI system knowledge – advantage
Field Experience – advantage
Driving licence
