תיאור המשרה

Responsibilities:
• Help customers solve technical issues and properly implement the product on their Public or Private Cloud.
• Recreate customers’ symptoms at test lab and assist in troubleshooting and resolving product bugs.
• Follow up on customer support tickets and work closely with the R&D team to fix them
• Communicate customer needs and wishes to product team.
• Provide engineering leadership in the integration of new capabilities into existing infrastructure
• Coordinate and implement new software and operating system installation and documentation

Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience a service delivery engineer in storage/Security/IT or a related industry to with service providers and large enterprise customers.
• Willing to travel to customers for implementations
• Perfect spoken and written English skills
• Additional languages – an advantage
• Storage Experience – Such as Hitachi, EMC, IBM or NetApp – Knows how to create and manage LUNS, iSCSI initiators and targets, troubleshoot storage related problems. Has experience in creating, managing, troubleshooting ZFS storage pools and experienced with enterprise ACL, CIFS, NFS, AFP.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, including troubleshooting using tools such as wireshark, ethereal etc. Knowledge of DNS, and other common IP protocols such as SMTP etc.
• 2-4 years VMware experience and/or certification – Advantage.
• Enterprise scale project management skills
