In this role you will be part of the field engineering team and CSM group.

Participates in proof of concepts, cloud related projects, automation focal point, working with the latest technologies with focus on performance and scale and talking with Fortune 500 customers as technical advocate on daily basis.

You can expect to:

  • Build technical proof of concepts on the platform, using cutting-edge technologies
  • Work directly with product management on requirements and priorities for prospects and partners
  • Evaluate new technologies for integration into the core, to enrich the ecosystem of the product
  • Mentor the professional services group and the developer advocates with new technologies and automation matters
  • Write code examples and PoC to demonstrate capabilities and features
  • Assist customers using the platform as scale and be their trusted advisor in their cloud journeys.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on proven experience in building and maintaining Linux based environments, fluent bash/python.
  • Good understanding of SQL language and NoSQL concepts 
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
  • Experience with Cloud environment such as AWS ( must ), Azure & GCP ( advantage ) 
  • Expert with Linux OS 
  • Networking good understanding L2/L3 .
  • Integration between new technologies: test, PoC, demo and documentation.
  • Customer-facing experience and troubleshooting experience, sense of urgency and service attitude. 
  • Degree in computer science or engineering

Advantages:

  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau/PowerBI
  • Some experience with ETL tools 
  • Data Center and infrastructure, VMware, IaaS experience
