Customer Solution group responsible on pre-sale demos, and features adjustments to customers needsTroubleshooting challenging software and embedded processors problems with hardware equipment and software applications and recommending corrective action
Delivering SW releases to customers and involved in their integration
Help/train customer to understand our product architecture and features, promote and demo our products functionalities with Sales and Marketing
Closely follow and check customer technical issues, provide remote or on-site troubleshooting, or refer to application teams when necessary. Support customer lab/field trial, able to understand customer application environment and provide insightful advices on customer products.
Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
Assist sales team through preparation and delivery of technical presentations and statements of work by matching specific client business requirements with effective technical solutions
Create relationships with key decision makers and serve as external technical spokesperson
Provide customer feedback to executive and development teams to participate in functionality roadmap planning
At least 7 years’ experience as software engineer
Technical Ethernet Switching knowledge – Must
Debug tools Experience (GDB, Lauterbach, etc…) – Must
Vast technical knowledge in CPUs and Control and management systems – Advantage
Boot loader (Uboot, etc…) and Linux Kernel Modules Experience – Advantage
ARM CPU architecture Experience – Advantage
Ability to travel – minimum of 2 times a year
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
Fluent English – Must
