 Senior
Sales Operation Manager 

  

Responsibilities 

• Coordinates
sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes. 

• Proactively
monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process
consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts. 

• Coordinates
planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the firm. 

• Supports
the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally
allocated to all sales channels and resources. 

• Works
to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion. 

• Sales
process improvement. 

• Facilitates
an organization of continuous process improvement. 

• Influence
CRM and sales technology strategy to scale ahead of the business’ needs;
ensuring that the strategy takes into account the full sales and marketing
funnel. 

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data integrity
and cleanliness of the CRM with marketing, sales, product and business systems
teams. 

•  Develop key performance metrics and
dashboards that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers. 

• Coordinates
training delivery to sales and sales management. 

• Working
with Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources, provides assistance with sales
incentive compensation 

• Directs
and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives. 

• Builds
peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key
management personnel 

Experience: 

· 5+ years of successful experience
in Sales Operations 

· Experience in priority and salesforce Mandatory 

· Application-level experience with
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Visio and MS Project is
mandatory. 

· Integration between information
systems 

· Experience in guiding and
implementing processes 

· Strong problem-solving skills, can
work cross-functionally in a fast paced, rapidly changing work environment and
under pressure. 

· Take a high degree of ownership
over work, detail oriented and a proven ability to work independently and as
necessary. 

· High service skills  

· Team player, Interpersonal
communication skills. 

· Clear analytical thinking skills. 

· A commitment to self - development

· Experience of working with Global
organization 

  

Education & Skills 

· Bachelor's degree in business,
sales/marketing, or related discipline, MBA preferred. Familiarity and
experience in High Tech world an advantage 

· Excellent communicator with the
ability to motivate distributors and effectively engage with customers. 

· Excellent English (spoken, reading
and writing). Additional foreign language an advantage. 

· Highly motivated self- driven, with
the ability to think innovatively and work independently. 

· Competitive nature 

· Ability to work with people across
different cultures and nationalities
