We are hiring a strong, high-energy professional that has her/his mind in the future of precision agriculture in the Software-As-a-Service Economy and has the influence to lead internal and external stakeholders on a journey towards rapid & sustainable growth within our ecosystem of partners, clients, and end users
Responsibilities:
• Obtain a deep understanding of the customer’s business as well as their technical environment to surface their pressing needs
• Close new deals and drive results in large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex cloud-based solutions.
• Manage the full sale cycle with potential clients, including negotiation and deal closing
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive significant up-sale and cross-sale initiatives, to expand the business of our current clients
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Customer Success groups to ensure customer receives maximum value throughout life cycle
• Maintain and document well-organized, up-to-date, and accurate sales information and progress towards goals in the Company’s CRM system
• Run and launch internal campaigns by working closely with the marketing department & additional internal and external stakeholders.
Requirement:
• 3+ Years of experience with SaaS – Enterprise Sales
• Strong record of exceeding revenue targets, selling software solutions to Enterprise level customers.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and in all environments (English – Must)
• Data-orientated approach to territory and account planning, as well as personal performance
• Commercial mindset, goal oriented, quick learner and self-motivated.
