Job Description• Lead the QA proces• Build the QA process and methodologies for these products• Review and analyze system specifications• Develop test plans and test cases• Lead transition into automated testing• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results• Report bugs and errors to development team• Work closely with the product & development team to deliver with time-to-market and quality constraints• Master the agile development process• Participate in driving rollout processes with customers
Requirements:• 5+ years of QA experience, preferably in user facing products• A technologically oriented degree – an advantage• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies• Experience with automated testing tools• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in Hebrew and English• Experience in marketing/personalization/retail products a big advantage• Proven leadership skills (e.g. Team or Project ownership) – an advantage• Attention to details• Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude• Creative, Initiative, and a great person to work with!
